A very quick and easy Italian snack in a pressure cooker which is done in a couple of minutes. So let's start.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Butter for frying 1 tablespoon
  2. Onion 1 medium size
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Tablespoon
  4. Capsicum 3/4 cup
  5. Oregano 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Chilly flakes 1/2 tablespoon
  8. All purpose flour or maida 1 cup
  9. Milk 1.5 cup
  10. Water 1.5 cup
  11. Pasta 2 cups
  12. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  13. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a pressure cooker in low flame.
  2. When butter gets melt add ginger garlic paste stir for a minute till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  3. Then add chopped onion and capsicum in a medium flame stir till onion gets translucent.
  4. Now add maida stir continuously when it changes color to light brown pour milk and stir continuously.
  5. When it converts in smooth creamy paste add pasta stir again for 30 secs.
  6. Add cheese, oregano, salt, black pepper and chilly flakes, stir and pour 1.5 cup water stir again.
  7. Now, let it cook for 4-5 whistles in medium flame.
  8. Your fresh creamy white sauce pasta is ready in a pressure cooker.
  9. Try and enjoy the cooking.
