ABOUT Ginger Lemonade RECIPE

A very healthy refreshment. a cold drink with ginger, lemon & sugar.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ginger juice 2 Tbsp
  2. Lemon 1
  3. Sugar 2 Tbsp
  4. Cold water 1 cup
  5. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Clean and peel ginger.Chop & put in a mixer. Blend with water and strain it.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice.
  3. In a bowl add ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar, water & a pinch of salt. mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
  5. To a glass pour the juice and put ice cubes.
  6. Serve chilled.
