Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 1 cup
  2. Onion 2 (chopped)
  3. Tomato 3 (puree)
  4. Capsicum 1 (sliced)
  5. Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Kasoori methi 2 tbsp
  9. Sugar 1 tbsp
  10. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  11. Kadhai masala :
  12. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  13. Red chilli whole 3
  14. Jeera 1 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  16. Oil 3 tbsp
  17. Jeera whole 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add jeera
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. When slightly brown add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste
  4. Roast and grind the ingredients under kadhai masala
  5. Add kadhai masala
  6. Add sugar and tomato sauce
  7. Add cream and paneer and salt
  8. Add kasoori methi and garam masala in the end
  9. Add capsicum chunks
  10. Serve hot with laccha paratha
