Very tasty and light snack
In a mixing bowl put together besan, curd and water
Blend it well with a wire whisk
There should be no lumps remain in the batter
Now add haldi and salt, mix well
Now put this mixtute in a pan or kadai
Switch on the gas
Cook on low heat, stirring continuously
Cook until it becomes thick and leaves the sides
Then add 1 tbsp oil to the mixture and mix nicely

Grease a kitchen platform
Spread the ready mixture on the greased platform
Spread it with a spatula or flat wooden spoon
When becomes little cool then cut it in strips and roll them
The rolled out khandvi
Now heat oil in a pan, put rai, sesame seeds, let them splutter, then add green chillies
Arrange the khandvi pieces in a serving plate and pour tadka on top, garnish with chopped coriander and grated fresh coconut
Enjoy khandvi like that only, or you can even have these with green chutney
