Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Sugar 140 gms
  4. Curd 3/4 cup
  5. Butter 1/2 cup
  6. Egg 2
  7. Baking powder 2.5 tsp
  8. Blueberries 1/4 cup
  9. Cranberry 1/4 cup
  10. Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup
  11. Walnuts crushed 1/2 cup
  12. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  13. Orange zest 1 tsp
  14. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  15. Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven at 175°C
  2. Sieve flours and baking powder
  3. Beat sugar and butter till creamy
  4. Add eggs one by one
  5. Add vanilla essence
  6. Add curd
  7. Add orange juice and zest
  8. Add berries and nuts
  9. Add chocolate chips. Mix lightly
  10. Add flour and mix.
  11. Pour in greased baking tin
  12. Bake and check with a toothpick inserted in center
  13. A healthy tea cake
