Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice. 1 big bowl
  2. Curd..3/4 bowl
  3. Milk. 1/4 bowl
  4. Oil. 2 tbsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Peanut. 1 tbsp
  7. Rai. 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves 6-8
  9. Chopped green chilli. 1 no
  10. Udad dal. half tbsp
  11. Chopped onion. 1 no
  12. Chopped coriander leaves. 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put curd, milk and salt in the rice and mix it
  2. Not put the pan on gas put oil in the pan. When oil is hot add peanuts and saute ..
  3. Then add rai, curry leaves, add green chilli and urad dal and saute
  4. Now add chopped onion..Saute. Now add this tadka over rice and curd mixture. Mix it properly
  5. Transfer in a serving bowl. Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
  6. Put it in the refrigerator and serve cooled curd rice..
