Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams thick chilled curd
  2. 100 grams gulkand (rose petal jam)
  3. 50 grams cashew nut
  4. 30 grams walnut powder
  5. ¼ tea spoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix gulkand and cashew nut in a bowl.
  2. Then add walnut, cinnamon powder in curd & mix well in mixer or hand beater so as to make soft & thick mixture.
  3. While serving in a bowl first pour gulkand cashew nut mixture topping with curd layer decorate with cashew nut and walnut.
