Biryani with veggies and cooked in curd

Cook rice and cool it for 10 minutes
While cooking rice add 1 piece each dalchini, cloves, black pepper
In one pan add half tsp of oil
Add sliced onions and roast them
Onions should be burnt
In other pan add oil and ghee
Add tej patta
Cloves, javantri, elaichi and ginger garlic paste
Add little onions here too
Add tomato
Let it get cooked properly
Now add veggies
Add whisked curd
Cook them on slow flame
Now add red chilli powder
Add dhania powder, haldi powder, biryani masala
If you feel water is less, add more water
As veggies are cooked press it evenly
Spread cooked rice over veges
now spread burnt onions over it
Keep a tawa on slow flame
Keep biryani pan on tawa
Cook for at least 10 -15 minutes
Serve hot with raita or curd
