Peanut potato salad, it's really healthy and yummy salad

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled peanuts 1 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Raw mango 1 finely chopped
  4. Onion medium 1 finely chopped
  5. Tomato medium 1 finely chopped
  6. Avocado 1/2 finely chopped
  7. Green chilli 1 finely chopped
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 fully squeezed
  11. Olive oil 1 tsp
  12. Finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak the peanuts in water for 3 to 4 hrs
  2. Pressure cook the peanuts for 7 to 8 whistle
  3. Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistle and keep aside
  4. In a mixing bowl add steamed peanuts
  5. Add boiled and cut potatoes
  6. Add finely chopped raw mangoes
  7. Add finely chopped onions
  8. Add finely chopped tomatoes
  9. Add finely chopped avacado (optional )
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste
  11. Add lime juice and mix well
  12. Just give a nice mix .
  13. Add chat masala
  14. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well .
  15. Add olive oil and mix well .
  16. Check the taste add salt according to that.
  17. Transfer to the serving bowl/ plate
  18. Garnish with coriander leaves
