Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups corn
  2. 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 1 tbsp paprika powder
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tomato chopped
  8. 1 spring onion chopped
  9. 1/2 chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Pour some oil in a pan
  2. Add corn and saute as soon as it becomes hot
  3. Take it in a plate
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil, sliced capsicum, onion in the same pan and saute
  5. Dressing:
  6. Take oil in bowl
  7. Add lemon juice, paprika powder, chilli flakes, sugar, salt and mix well
  8. Add corn, capsicum, sliced tomato, toss the ready dressing
  9. Garnish with spring onion
