Corns are very healthy and this is a perfect snack or salad for diet conscious people.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup boiled corn kernels
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 chopped capsicum
  5. Salt
  6. 1 lemon juice
  7. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves [handful]
  9. Diced paneer cubes - 1/4 th cup

Instructions

  1. Put all the boiled corn kernels in a bowl.
  2. Now add the chopped veggies.
  3. Add required amount of salt and pepper powder.
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Toss well
  6. Garnish with paneer cubes and coriander leaves.
