ABOUT Tomato, tofu and basil salad (helpful in weight loosing) RECIPE

Its a unique combination of tofu and tomato. It is a full meal, it includes proteins and vitamins in it. Helpful in loosing weight.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Tomato 1 sliced into roundels
  2. Tofu 4 small slices
  3. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper to taste
  6. Basil leaves 8

Instructions

  1. Set one roundel of tomato and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Pour olive oil over it. 2 basil leaves set over it.
  2. Place tofu slice over it.
  3. Again tomato, pepper, salt and olive oil and basil. Put tofu again.
  4. Repeat this process till your tomato and tofu is finished.
  5. Your salad is ready.
