Tangy and spicy starter made up with curd and rice flour

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Rice flour 1 cup
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Onion chopped 4 tbsp
  5. Green chilli chopped 1
  6. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  11. Mint leaves chopped 1/2 tbsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli to it and cook
  2. Add curd to the onions
  3. Add rice flour, salt and red chilli powder and mix well
  4. Cook this mixture for 2 minutes and turn off the gas
  5. Remove this mixture in a plate add coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix
  6. Take a small portion of dough, roll it and cut in a ring shape with the help of bottle cap or cutter
  7. Deep fry this rings in hot oil on medium flame
  8. Sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot with sauce and mayonnaise
