Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd whisked - 250 gms
  2. Chopped cucumber - 1
  3. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  4. Chopped tomatoes (small) - 2
  5. Chopped mint - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped coriander - 1 tsp
  7. Chopped green chillies - 1-1 /2
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  12. Jeera sabut - 1 tsp
  13. Refined oil - 1 tsp
  14. A pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Take curd and whisk it nicely.
  2. Add chopped vegetables
  3. Mix gently
  4. Add salt, spices and sugar
  5. Mix well
  6. Take a tadka pan and heat refined oil in it
  7. Add sabut jeera and let it splutter
  8. Now mix this tadka in the curd
  9. Garnish with red chilli powder and mint leaves..
