Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Cooked rice 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled semiya 1/2 cup
  4. Salt per taste
  5. Curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chillies 4
  7. Ground nuts 1 teaspoon
  8. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Urad dal 1 teaspoon
  10. Green chilli pieces 1 teaspoon
  11. Ginger pieces 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Oil 1 teaspoon
  13. Hing powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Bengal gram 1 teaspoon
  15. Jeera seeds 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First boil semiya in a bowl as shown in the picture
  2. Next add curd and rice and then add boiled semiya in a steel vessel
  3. Next mix semiya and rice well
  4. Now take this mixture into a container and temper with red chillies, Bengal gram, jeera seeds, curry leaves. Hing powder, urad dal, mustard seeds, ground nuts, green chilli pieces.
  5. Finally garnish and serve to all.
