ABOUT curd disc sandwiches RECIPE

Round sandwiches with curd and veggies, very healthy and easy to make

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Red, yellow, green bell peppers finely chopped
  3. Cucumber finely chopped 2 tbsp
  4. Carrot grated 1 tsp
  5. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Butter 2 tbsp
  8. 8 bread slices
  9. Two small steel bowl 1 big and other little small
  10. Cheese grated 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices into round shape
  2. Make slurry of wheat flour and water
  3. 1 tsp wheat flour and 1 tsp water mix it
  4. Apply butter on round slice
  5. Apply wheat flour slurry on sides
  6. Keep another hole one slice on this
  7. Keep non stick pan on flame
  8. Roast them on pan, applying butter
  9. Flip on other side and roast that part too
  10. Now prepare stuffing of curd
  11. Take hung curd and mix ketchup in that
  12. Add chopped vegetables to ketchup
  13. Mix properly
  14. Add chili flakes and oregano
  15. Take roasted disc from tawa
  16. Put some stuffing in middle of disc
  17. Add some grated cheese over it
  18. Bake it in pre heated oven
  19. Till cheese melts
  20. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green
  21. Chutney
