ABOUT Egg and vegetables mayo Salad RECIPE

Healthy and easy Salad with egg, good for weight loss also, if using low fat yogurt

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot 1 small shredded
  2. Capsicum 1 small chopped
  3. Cucumber shredded 1 small
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli 1 chopped
  6. Sweet basil leaves few chopped
  7. Egg boiled 2
  8. Low fat mayonnaise or yoghurt 2 tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Lettuce leaves 2_3

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables and leaves
  2. Cut eggs in slices
  3. Mix all the vegetables and leaves with mayonnaise or yoghurt
  4. Mix eggs
  5. Add salt
  6. Add pepper
  7. Also add chopped chilli
  8. And it is ready to serve
