Peel the medium size parval & make one slit in the middle.
Scoop out the pulp using a spoon.
Now mix all the stuffing ingredients and stuff each parval with little of it.
Lightly fry & keep aside.
Dry masala powder (except garam masala) added into curd & mix it well.
Heat oil fry onion till colour changes to brown.
when the tomatoes are mushy, add the curd masala & continue to cook till oil comes out,
add 1 cup water & fried parval.
Cook for 5 minutes & gravy should be reduced into a thick gravy.
Add sugar as per taste & garam masala. Dish is ready.
