Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 4 cup
  2. Gram flour 1/4 tbsp
  3. Boiled and mashed potato 2 small
  4. chopped green chili 2 no
  5. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  9. Grated coconut 1 tbsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Roasted Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  14. Chenna or cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  15. coriander and pomegranate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hung the curd in muslin cloth for over night. Dry roast the gram flour
  2. Mash the potato. Now mix curd,cottage cheese,mashed potato and all the dry spices instead of oil .mix well to a smooth dough.
  3. Now make the kabab with this mixture and shallow fry on a non-stick pan till golden. Garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds before serving. Serve with green chutney or sauce
