ABOUT Maggi laddoo RECIPE

For those who have a sweet tooth and are big time fans of maggi this is a hit dish and also goes with the 2 minutes maggi funda as it is a jhat pat banao and phataphat khao.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi 1 packet
  2. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  3. Ghee 3/4 cup
  4. Semolina 3 tablespoon
  5. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  6. For garnishing
  7. Maggi noodles 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take the Maggi in a mixer jar and pulse for few seconds to get a course powder
  2. In a pan take ghee.
  3. When the ghee becomes hot deep fry the maggi to be used for garnishing and keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add the powdered maggi and fry for few minutes.
  5. Now add the semolina and again fry till you get a nice aroma.
  6. Now switch off the gas and add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix well and let cool down
  8. Crush the deep fried maggi in your hand and keep in a plate
  9. When the mixture is warm enough to be hold grease your palms and make laddoos
  10. Roll the laddoos on the crushed maggi
  11. Serve
