ABOUT Easy Maggi Samosa RECIPE

Its a very easy recipe of samosa using maggi noodles as stuffing! Serve hot as snacks or party appetizer!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For stuffing:
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup carrot, grated
  5. 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
  6. 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  7. 1 small packet maggi
  8. 1 glass water
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 pack Maggi masala
  11. Other Ingredients:
  12. Ready made Samosa Strips
  13. Oil to deep fry
  14. 1/4 cup all purpose flour slurry

Instructions

  1. How to make stuffing:
  2. In a medium sizes saucepan, add oil and all other ingredients and let it be cooked for 8-10 mins or until maggi noodles are cooked.
  3. Let it be cooled down at room temperature and keep aside.
  4. How to prepare samosa:
  5. Now take one samosa strip, and fold it twice and fill the stuffing and again tri-fold it to make triangle, sill all the edges with all purpose flour slurry.
  6. Prepare others likewise.
  7. Now deep fry them and put into tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup!
