Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Water
  6. Oil 1 tsp
  7. For Filling
  8. Maggi 1 pack
  9. Maida
  10. For decoration
  11. Tomato Sauce
  12. Bhel puri
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida , Carom seeds, salt and water to make a dough. Add oil on top letting it rest for 1/2 hours
  2. First boil maggi as per given instructions on the pack, drain it and keep it aside
  3. After making Small balls from the dough, make a roti
  4. Now roast the roti, half cook it. Please check it's colour, divide the roti in four parts.
  5. Make a thick paste of maida and water and apply thick paste on one side and give a cone shape to the roti and seal it by just pressing it lightly
  6. Add filling
  7. Deep fry the cone till golden colour. Remove from the pan and add tomato sauce and bhel puri on top
  8. Decorate it with coriander leaves
