ABOUT Maggi Sandwich RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slice 8 pieces
  2. Boiled Maggie 1 packet 70 gm
  3. Maggie masala 1 pouch
  4. 1 chopped small onion
  5. 1 chopped small tomato
  6. 1 chopped small capsicum
  7. 2 minced green chillies
  8. 1 tbsp green peas
  9. 2 slices cheese
  10. Oil 1 tbsp
  11. Tomato ketchup for serving
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oil and heat it.
  2. Add chillies and onion. Fry them for half a minute.
  3. Add capsicum and cover it for a minute.
  4. Now when it is half cooked add tomato, Maggi masala and green peas and again cover it for a minute.
  5. Add salt and boiled Maggie noodles and mix it properly.
  6. Cook it for a few minutes.
  7. Turn off the flame.
  8. Now take a slice of bread, put a slice of cheese on it.
  9. Now spread 1 tbsp fried veggie noodles on it and cover it with another bread slice.
  10. Grill it properly from both the side in sandwich maker.
  11. Continue the process with other slices of bread also.
  12. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and tea.
