Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. brown bread slices 10
  2. capsicum 2
  3. carrot 2 large size
  4. salt to taste
  5. oats 2 tbsp
  6. thick curd 1 large cup
  7. chopped green chili 1 tbsp or to taste
  8. chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  9. chat masala powder 1 tsp
  10. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. oil or butter as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate the carrot.
  2. Thinly slice the capsicum.
  3. Soak the oats in curd for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients with curd and oats apart from the bread slices.
  5. Apply the mixture on one bread slice then cover with the second slice, grill or toast in a sandwich maker after applying oil or butter.
  6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
