Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Samak flour-1/2katori
  2. Boiled potatoes-3
  3. Rock salt/Sendha namak as per taste
  4. Black pepper powder as per taste
  5. Dried mango powder-1/2 teaspoon
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Sago papad raw

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices lengthwise
  2. Get samak flour in a bowl
  3. Add dried spices into this
  4. Mix well and coat each potato finger in this mixture
  5. Put them in heated oil for deep frying
  6. Similarly fry papads
  7. Now serve well in a plate with the fries and papad
