My daughter refused to eat sambar so that time in place of sambar used tampered maggy noodles. she loved it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi 1 small packet
  2. idlis 2 (freshly prepared /leftover )
  3. Carrot 1 cut into small pieces
  4. peas 1 tablespoon
  5. corn kernels 1 tablespoon
  6. Oil 1 teaspoon
  7. mustard seeds few
  8. Cumin seeds few
  9. Salt a pinch
  10. red chili powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. heat oil in a wok
  2. add mustard and cumin seeds
  3. let them splutter then add carrot, peas corn kernels
  4. saute and add a salt and chili powder
  5. add a cup of water
  6. let it boil then add maggi masala and dry maggi
  7. let it boil for 2 minute
  8. for severing take maggi in a deep bowl
  9. and pour maggi over it
  10. it tastes awesome and kids love to eat this fusion.
