Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi noodles 80g
  2. boneless chicken 200g
  3. To cook chicken
  4. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  5. Turmeric 1/4tsp
  6. Salt
  7. To fry:
  8. Onion chopped 1
  9. green chillies 2 chopped
  10. garlic ginger paste 1tsp
  11. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. curry leaves 2tsp chopped
  15. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  16. eggs 3 beaten
  17. Oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cook noodle as per instructions. keep aside
  2. cook chicken with the given ingredients & make it shredded.
  3. heat a pan. add 1tbsp oil. put ginger garlic paste. fry well.
  4. then add chopped onion, chillies, curry leaves along with all masalas. fry well.
  5. then add shredded chicken. cook for sometime remove let it cool a bit.
  6. beat eggs with some salt.
  7. add to the above mixture. mix well. adjust seasoning.
  8. take a round deep pot. heat it with 1 tbsp of oil.
  9. then pour the mixture. keep the pot on a pan to cook. cover it & cook.
  10. after 5 min, open the lid & add coriander leaves. close the lid & cook for another 10 min on low fire. Insert a knife & if it comes out clean, then cake is cooked.
  11. take the pot & slowly flip the cake to the pan.
  12. cook for another 2 to 3 min, just to cook the top.
  13. serve hot.
