ABOUT Rawa/Suji Bread Pizza RECIPE

Rawa bread pizza is perfect for kids breakfast and tiffin box. This one is healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji/rawa 1 cup
  2. Dahi 1 cup
  3. Salt 1/2tsp
  4. Malai 2 tsp
  5. Chopped onions 2
  6. Chopped capsicum 1
  7. chopped tomatoes 2
  8. Salt 1 tsp or as your taste
  9. Paprika 1 tsp
  10. Oragano 1 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbs
  12. Cheese 200 grms
  13. Ketchup for serving
  14. Bread 1 packet (18)
  15. Butter 100 gm

Instructions

  1. Take suji salt malai and curd in bowl.
  2. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minute add paprika and oragano.
  4. Now add chopped vegetables and mix well.
  5. In last add 1/2 tsp salt and coriander leaves and mix it.
  6. Now mixture is ready for pizza.
  7. Apply butter on bread slices one by one and keep ready.
  8. Keep tawa on flame and roast it lightly both side.
  9. Now take it back in plate.
  10. Take all in plate.
  11. Now apply suji mixture on bread.
  12. Keep ready all bread with topping.
  13. Now add little butter on tawa and now keep bread on it . You can keep 2 or 3 bread slices at a time.
  14. Now after 5 minute turn it and roast another side of bread.
  15. Roast both sides till becomes crispy.
  16. Now grate cheese on the bread pizza.
  17. Keep this slices on tawa for just 2 minute.
  18. Now your bread pizza is ready to serve.
  19. Serve hot with ketchup and as your choice.
