Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 200 gms
  2. Yellow bell pepper 2
  3. Green bell pepper 2
  4. Red Bell Pepper 2
  5. tomatoes 2
  6. Onions 2
  7. Oregano 1 tbspn
  8. Chilly flakes 1 tspn
  9. Salt 1 tspn
  10. Oil for greasing
  11. Grated processed cheese 1cup
  12. Water 1 cup
  13. Pizza sauce 2 tbspn
  14. Coriander leaves 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. First take besan and add salt, chilli, coriander leaves & water to mix it like pouring consistency.
  2. Chop all vegetables in small cubes & keep aside.
  3. After 10 minutes make small thin chilas of besan.
  4. After making chilas. Spread pizza sauce on it & top it with chopped vegetables
  5. Now add mozzarella cheese & drizzle bit oil.
  6. Bake these chilas at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Now sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes & pizza sauce on it. Serve it hot.
