Potato finger chips are everyone's favourite, but when you will try this you will simply love these crispy banana fingers.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Raw bananas - 2
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut it into half and then cut longitudinal pieces like french fries.
  2. Boil the water with a spoon of salt and add these pieces into it. Let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain water and let the finger chips cool. Keep it in the freezer for half an hour.
  4. Remove it from the freezer and fry them in the oil on medium flame.
  5. When it becomes golden in color and crispy, remove from oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or as it is.
