Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tofu- 150 gm
  2. Mixed vegetables (beans,carrot,capsicum,onion,greenchilli,cabbage) 3tbsp
  3. Cornflour 3 tsp
  4. Black pepper-1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For Sauce -
  8. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Green Chili sauce- 1 tbsp
  10. Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  11. Green onion 2 tbsp
  12. Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  13. Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  14. Black pepper-1/2 tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Butter-2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients of balls in a bowl
  2. Make medium size balls
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry balls on medium heat
  4. Keep aside
  5. Heat butter in a pan add garlic onion and sauté it
  6. Mix all the sauces and add onion and garlic
  7. Add tofu balls into this. Add sauces and salt and pepper
  8. It is ready to eat
