An easy to make and quick recipe for breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slices 8
  2. Capsicum( chopped) 1 cup
  3. Onion ( chopped) 1 cup
  4. Milk cream ( malai) 2tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt ( to taste)
  8. Oil 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped capsicum and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add malai to it
  3. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt to it.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Take a bread slice. Add 1 tbsp mixture over it and spread it evenly.
  6. Heat the skillet. Add oil.
  7. Place this bread piece on skillet.
  8. Cover with another piece.
  9. Cook from both sides.
  10. Serve.
