ABOUT Banana Chocolate Icecream RECIPE

The best thing in this ice cream is that it does'nt need any cream or gelatine or any fancy ice cream machine.  You don't even need to freeze it overnight or whip it on frequent intervals to avoid the formation of air bubbles.  Just freeze it for 2 hours and its good to go.  Trust me its worth trying atleast once.  Its a nice dessert for kids parties too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe banana 1 small
  2. Chocolate frosting 1 tablespoon
  3. Desiccated coconut 1 tablespoon
  4. Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
  5. Glazed cherry 1(optional)
  6. Sprinkles to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take the banana and peel it off.  Chop it into round slices and shift to a zip-lock bag.  Put it in the deep freezer for at least two hours.
  2. Take the frozen banana and put it in the blender.  Blend it till smooth and creamy. 
  3. Add dessicated coconut, chocolate frosting and condensed milk.  Blend again for 30 seconds.
  4. Shift the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with glazed cherry and sprinkles.
