ABOUT Exotic Vegetables RECIPE

This stir fried vegetable is a combination of purple cabbage, all the three capsicums, corn and peas. It is full of healthy vitamins, minerals, and fibers

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Purple cabbage-2 cups
  2. Red,green and yellow capsicum-1 cup
  3. Green peas-1/2 cup
  4. Sweet corn-1/2 cup
  5. Black pepper-1 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander Powder-1 tsp
  9. Garam masala-1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice-1 tsp
  11. Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Chop cabbage and capsicums into medium sized pieces.
  2. Remove sweet corn kernels and peas from pods.
  3. Take a pan.Pour 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds and hing.
  4. Then add sweet corn,peas and capsicums first in the pan.
  5. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Now add cabbage and salt.Again cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes of cooking covered,add the spices and mix properly.
  8. Again cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add lemon juice lastly.Stir properly and your exotic vegetable is ready.
  10. Garnish with coriander.Serve with hot phulkas.
