Dry roast oats for 5-6 mins or until a nice aroma comes. Do not burn
Now let them cool down for 15 mins
Grind to a fine powder
Now heat a nonstick pan
Add water coconut and jaggery
Coconut will start releasing water and jaggery will melt
Stir continuously
When you see strings add oats flour
Mix well
Add cardamom powder and dry fruits
Also add raisins
Now cool the mixture for 5 mins
Grease your palms with ghee and make small balls
Your healthy tasty laddos are ready to be enjoyed
