Ingredients Serving: 2

All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Water 1/3 cup
For chocolate glaze
Chocolate 50 gms
Butter 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Grated chocolate 1 tbsp
Gems 1 packet

Instructions

Take curd in a bowl add baking soda mix it and keep aside till use
Take all purpose flour and cocoa powder and mix well
Take water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave fir 1 min
Add oil and sugar to it and mix well till dissolved.
Add curd mixture and mix well
Add in the cocoa and all purpose flour mixture and mix
Pour the mixture in a greased cake tin and microwave for 5 mins.
Let it cool down
Now prepare the chocolate glaze
Take a microwave safe bowl. Add chocolate and butter and pop in microwave for 30 seconds.
Add milk and mix well
Now invert the cake on a plate.
Spread the icing over it.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate
Decorate with gems
Serve
