Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Freshly grated coconut - 2 1/2 cups (I used half coconut )
  2. Badam/ Almonds - 50 (slightly roasted & powdered )
  3. Sugar - 1 1/2 cup (Powdered)- adjust to taste
  4. Ghee- 1 tbsp
  5. Milk - 1 tbsp (optional )
  6. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and heat it.
  2. Put ghee in it & when hot add the grated coconut & saute for a minute
  3. Add the powdered badam also & mix well.
  4. Now add the powdered sugar & milk & cook until the sugar melts and it gets thick. Keep stirring
  5. Then add the cardamom pwdr & turn off the gas
  6. When slightly cool, grease your palm with ghee & make ladoos.
  7. Store in airtight containers and enjoy
