Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre water
  2. 150 gram of sugar (or according to taste)
  3. 2 teaspoon of "Ager Ager" powder (Seaweed) / Jelatin
  4. 2 teaspoon coco powder
  5. 2-3 teaspoon pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  6. Chocolate syrup ( for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In deep pan, mix Ager Ager powder with sugar.
  2. Pour water into the mixture and stir well still it dissolved.
  3. Put the flame to medium and boil the water for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the gas.
  4. Pour the solution into the solution to mold the jelly to give the shape you want.
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set up.
  6. Take it out of the fridge, garnish it with pomegranate seeds and chocolate syrup.
