As the name suggests, it's an all time favourite with my family. Be it summers or fast breaking time or just a lazy weekend evening, it always tops the chart. It is not only a thirst quencher but also a treasure full of protiens

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Yogurt 1 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Almonds and cashewnuts 6-7 each
  4. Roohafza 5 tbsp
  5. Water 3/4 th cup

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 mins.
  2. Use the pulse button on and off until you get a creamy foam on the top.
  3. If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.
  4. Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy.
  5. Yogurt should be homemade for the best results.
  6. Roohafza can also be increased if desired but do not add more because it gives a bitter taste otherwise.
  7. Refrigerate it until ready for serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled.
