Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dark chocolate compound 400gms
  2. Amul fresh cream 200 gms
  3. Bacardi rum 2 cover
  4. Melted dark compound to coat
  5. Cocoa powder to coat

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat fresh cream .. do not boil.. switch off the flame when it's about to boil.
  2. 2. Pour the warm cream over chopped dark choc and whisk it until choc is melted and it becomes thick and shiny ganache
  3. 3. When it comes to room temperature add rum to it and cling wrap it and keep in freezer for half an hour
  4. 4. Take it out..dust your hands with cocoa powder.. make small balls from truffle and roll in cocoa powder
  5. 5. Now dip the truffle rum balls in melted choc and keep on butter paper and keep in fridge
