Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dalia 1 cup
  2. Carrots 2
  3. Cauliflower a few florets
  4. Peas 1/4 cup
  5. Coriander green a few for decoration
  6. Red chilli pd or green chillies optional
  7. Oil 1/2 tsp
  8. Water 4 cup
  9. Haldi a pinch
  10. Jeera 1 tsp
  11. Capsicum 1

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat cooker
  2. Put some oil or ghee.
  3. When its hot put some jeera in it
  4. Then put cutting vegetables in it
  5. Stir fry for 2 3 minute
  6. Put dalia in itand add salt pepper and halthi in it
  7. Mix it well
  8. Pour water in it
  9. Close cooker with lid. After 4 whistles off the gas
  10. After evaporating the steam open the cooker
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves
