Fresh cream; Three forth cup powder sugar; One tsp vanila essence; One and half tbsp cornflour; For strawberry sauce_; Half cup chop strawberries; One tsp cornflour; Half tbsp sugar; Few drops of lime juice; Few drops of red colour; For jelly-; Half packet of strawberry jelly; Wafers biscuit for garnishing

Icecream, jelly and strawberry sauce all makes this dish wonderful

Ingredients Serving: 5

One liter milk
250 gm. Fresh cream
Three forth cup powder sugar
One tsp vanila essence
One and half tbsp cornflour
For strawberry sauce_
Half cup chop strawberries
One tsp cornflour
Half tbsp sugar
Few drops of lime juice
Few drops of red colour
For jelly-
Half packet of strawberry jelly
Wafers biscuit for garnishing

Instructions

Step no. 1- mix cornflour in half liter milk. Step no. 2- boil milk on medium flame and stir regularly. Step no.3- when it thicken add remaining milk and mix. Step no.4- beat cream and sugar till thicken. Step no.5- now mix milk ,cream sugar and vanilla. Taste it and adjust sugar as taste Step no.6- keep ice cream mix in freeze for set Strawberry sauce _ Step no.1- take a pan and add chop strawberries, cornflour and sugar and boil. Step no. 2- stir continuously till thicken. Cool it Step no. 3- add lemon juice and colour For jelly± Make jelly and keep in freeze for set it For serving± Take a long glass and pour some jelly pieces than ice cream and then strawberry sauce. Garnish with wafers.
