ABOUT Rice pops. ( kids recepie ) RECIPE

Give your kids Rice, Wheat paneer, Carrot ( any vege) ,Sprouts, Eggs and Cheese in one Serving .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. Grated Carrot 1/4 cup.
  3. Mixed Sprouts ( Moong , Math) 1/2 cup
  4. Paneer grated 1/4 cup
  5. Cheese grated 2 cubes
  6. Egg yolks 2 or Egg 1
  7. Wheat flour 3 tsp ( heaped)
  8. Parseley dried 1/2 tsp
  9. Basil dried 1/2 tsp
  10. Cayenne pepper powder to taste
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  12. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Season cooked rice in 1/2 tsp oil with Zeera .Add salt.
  2. Dry grind coarse Sprouts. Mix Rice, Sprouts and grated Carrot.
  3. Add grated Cheese and Paneer. Add all masala and herbs
  4. Add baking powder in egg yolks and beat well. Add to the Rice mixture.. Add 1 tbsp Olive oil.
  5. Preheat oven at 200 C. Drizzle some olive oil on the baking tray.
  6. Now make Pops or Tikki shaped balls and bake for 20 to 25 minutes till it gets brown colour.
  7. Enjoy with Mayonnaise or Tomato ketchup for kids.
