ABOUT Basani Chilli RECIPE

Basically its a chilli Achar.You can eat with any type of roti and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 100gm green chilli (1 inch middle cut)
  2. 1 table spoon gram flour (basan)
  3. Half spoon rai
  4. Half spoon saunf (Aniseed)
  5. Half spoon Turmeric powder
  6. 1 Spoon amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
  7. 1 Spoon Saunf powder(Aniseed)
  8. oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take kadai put some oil.let it heat.After heating put Rai in it.let it colour change.Now add green chilli.cook it for 2 to 3 mins in medium flame.
  2. Now it's time to add all the spices and mix it well.After 1 to 2 mins Add basan and cook it for few second.
  3. Now your chilli ready you can eat with rice or roti as per your taste.
