Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Marination
  2. Surmai psc 7 to 8
  3. Lemon 1 small
  4. Ginger,Garlic coriender leaves paste 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Turmaric powder 1 tsp
  8. For frying masala
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  10. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  11. Rawa 4 tbsp
  12. Salt to adjust ( Taste )
  13. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Wash the surmai fish neatly remove water from fish
  2. Now take ginger, garlic, coriender leaves paste, salt , garam masala powder, turmaric powder, lemon juice make a nice paste
  3. Rub the paste on individualy all fish psc. Keep aside for 30 to 35 min
  4. Fish fry preparation
  5. Take in a plate red chilli powder , rice flour, thine rawa (samolina) , salt to taste , turmaric powder, mix well
  6. Now take marinated fish coat the all fish properly in it.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish till red golden colour. Remove on tissue or in a dish.
  8. Serve hot with chapati, rice
