Ingredients Serving: 4

Capsicum 2nos
Onion 2 nos
Tomato 5-6 nos
Green chilli 2 nos
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Mix herb 1/2tsp
Deghi Mirch powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1/8tsp
sugar 1tsp
Salt 1tsp or as per taste
Coriander powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Lemon 1/2
Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
Oil 1tbsp +1tbsp butter

Instructions

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil +1tbsp buttet
Add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds when it start spluttering add in fine chopped onions sautey till it becomes light golden color
Add-in fine chopped capsicum Saute for 30 sec
Add in all the dry ingredients and ginger garlic paste saute for sometime
Add fine chopped tomatoes and salt let it cook for 2-3min inbetween check it should not stick at the bottom of a pan or burn once tomatoes becomes soft add 1tsp sugar cook for one min add chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with some butter n enjoy with Partha or use this as a sandwich stuffing or as pizza base
