ABOUT Rabodi ki Sabji RECIPE

Rabodi is among one of the oldest dishes, which is originated in Rajasthan because it was meant to be suited for Rajasthan climate and long-term sustainability. Actually in old time of Rajasthan people had to survive with very limited possible resources because of arid climate, very less rains so people use to make stuff like Rabodi and other dishes in the season (for e.g. Jawar season in summers) and made it in such way that it can be kept as dry dish and to be used in future which can last up to a year as well so till next year you have stuff ready to eat. Rabodi is a very yummy dishes virtually no fat and healthiest Marwari food to have.
