Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. ½ cup Grated Kakarakaya peels
  3. ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
  4. ½ tsp Turmer ic powder
  5. 1tsp jeera
  6. 3 chopped green chillies
  7. 2 tsp oil
  8. To taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the bitter gourd. Peel the bitter gourd.
  2. In a bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  3. Add enough water to make soft dough. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.
  4. Cover the dough with a cloth and rest it for 15 mins.
  5. Divide the dough into balls. Roll it as chapathi.
  6. Heat a tawa, add butter and cook the roti both sides. Serve hot.
  7. Serve with raita.
