ABOUT Potato & Egg Masala RECIPE

An easy masala which can be served with Chapati.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato - 1
  2. onion - 1
  3. Green Chillies - 2
  4. Eggs - 3
  5. Curry Masala or Chicken 65 Masala - 1 teaspoon
  6. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt - As required
  8. Oil - 2 tablespoons
  9. Tomatoes - 2
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. First cut the potato into small dices. In the same manner, cut the onions into small pieces and also slit the green chillies.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and put the onions and chillies.
  3. Add chicken masala or curry masala and chilli powder
  4. After the onion changes colour put the tomatoes and add potato.
  5. Now add some water and salt and let the potato boil.
  6. Take another pan and use the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
  7. Pour the eggs one by one and scramble it.
  8. After the potato gets boiled and the water consistency gets as gravy add the scrambled eggs.
  9. Now Potato & Egg masala is ready to be served.
