Spicy egg masala curry enjoy with jeera rice its awesome in taste,

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled egg -4
  2. Onion -4
  3. Green chillies -3
  4. Red chilli -2
  5. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green cardamom - 3
  7. Black caradamom -3
  8. Bay leaf -2
  9. Ginger chopped -1 tsp
  10. Garlic chopped -3 tsp
  11. Egg curry masala - 2 spoon
  12. Peas-1/2 cup
  13. Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  14. Salt as needed
  15. Handful of chopped coriander leaf

Instructions

  1. Fry boil eggs, and soak in tissue paper .
  2. In a oil add bay leaf add crushed whole spices add onion and fry it well , add Ginger garlic and fry it .
  3. Off the flame and transfer the mixture in to grinder cool down completely and grind it .
  4. Pour in to pan in oil adding chilli and saute it, add masala powder and peas and cook 20-25 min . Add fried eggs and garnish with coriander.
  5. Enjoy hot egg curry with roti and rice.
